At Endzone Seats, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be returned in its original condition and include any packaging or accessories that came with your order.

Items that have been excessively used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned with missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps. Please do not send your order back before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at adisljivar32@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and work toward an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
